Hand in Hand Sweden is looking for a driven and business-minded colleague to the fundraising team, focusing on strategic partnerships with companies and philanthropists. Through education, training, and long-term support, the organization primarily helps women and youth to start and develop their own businesses – enabling them to improve their income and create a safer future for themselves and their families.

Your mission in brief

• Develop and own strategic, multi-year partnerships with companies and/or philanthropists

• Drive both new sales and long-term relationship development

• Develop clear and attractive value propositions

• Prepare tailored partnership proposals

• Ensure high quality in delivery, follow-up, and reporting

• Participate and represent Hand in Hand Sweden at relevant events

• Play an active role in shaping Hand in Hand Sweden's long-term work with partnerships

Depending on your background and experience, the role may focus more on companies or philanthropists – or a combination of both.

Some travel is included, primarily within Sweden but also to Hand in Hand Sweden's operational countries.

A background in the non-profit sector, sustainability work, or fundraising is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is who you are and your drive.

Employment form

The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period and subsequent permanent employment. Hand in Hand Sweden has a collective agreement with Arbetsgivaralliansen. The position is based at Hand in Hand's office at Odenplan in Stockholm with the possibility to work remotely a couple of days a week.
