About the job as a communicator

As a communicator at Jefferson Wells, you will work at our client's public sector organization in Södertälje. The communications department works for all companies in the group, and your main focus will be to support Telge Fastigheter, Telge Tillväxt, Telge Inköp, and Södertälje Hamn. The work is varied and involves both operational and strategic communication work where you can use your creativity and ability to express yourself both in writing and visually.

You will work closely with managers, colleagues, and external actors to plan, produce, and publish communication across various channels - always with the target audience in mind. The assignment requires you to prioritize in a changing everyday life, deliver under time pressure, and maintain a high quality in everything you do.

Examples of tasks:

• Produce and publish content for the web, social media, and internal channels.
• Write texts, news, informational materials, and simpler press releases.
• Plan, drive, and implement communication initiatives based on the needs of the organization.
• Create and edit simple content in the form of images, videos, and graphics.
• Contribute to handling media inquiries under supervision.
• Ensure that communication is tailored to the target audience and follows the communication process.
• Structure, plan, and quality assure communication across various channels.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, and curious - and who thrives in an environment where tasks can vary and be reprioritized at short notice. You are used to taking responsibility for your deliveries, enjoy collaborating, and have a natural ability to express yourself clearly and understandably in Swedish. We also see that you are open to using AI tools and new working methods to develop communication and work more efficiently.

We see that you have:

• 2-3 years of experience in communication work in complex organizations that affect the public.
• Post-secondary education in communication, marketing, or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Practical experience in operational communication work (e.g., web content, social media, text production).
• Basic knowledge of creating/editing images, videos, or graphics.
• Experience in independently planning and implementing audience-tailored communication.
• Experience in handling simpler media inquiries or writing press releases.
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite (PC).
• Driver's license (B).
