Are you driven by creating real business value while strengthening Swedish digital sovereignty? Do you want to help Swedish companies take control of their data through secure, locally-based cloud services with a focus on independence, data security, and full EU compliance?

More and more Swedish companies want to reduce their dependence on global suppliers and instead choose safe, regulatory-compliant, and locally anchored alternatives. In this role, you will help drive this development by selling cloud and managed services solutions that strengthen the Swedish and European market.

We are now looking for four driven salespeople who want to be part of building this initiative.

About the role

As a Salesperson in Cloud & Managed Services, you will be part of a driven and ambitious sales team at our client, with a clear focus on the Swedish SMB market. The culture at our client is inclusive and performance-oriented yet down-to-earth. We combine high goals with team spirit, energy, and a genuine business drive. This is a clear hunter role where you build new business from the ground up and drive the entire sales process from the first contact to signed agreement. The sales cycles are complex and typically range from 6 to 12 months.

You will:

  • Drive new customer sales within Cloud & Managed Services
  • Work proactively with prospecting and cold calling
  • Schedule and conduct qualitative meetings
  • Identify business needs and convert them into technical solution proposals
  • Engage in dialogue with CIOs, IT managers, CFOs, CEOs, and other relevant decision-makers
  • Collaborate with technical specialists and solution experts on more complex deals
  • Work systematically with pipeline, budget, and clear KPIs

You will be selling:

  • Cloud storage and infrastructure
  • Hosting and cloud services
  • Managed services and operational solutions
  • GDPR and EU-compliant IT environments

In addition to contributing your own leads and strong new customer sales, you are also expected to contribute to the team's energy, culture, and collective success.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with at least 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT, cloud, or other technical solutions. You have a comprehensive understanding of cloud services, infrastructure, and managed services and are accustomed to working with complex solution sales involving multiple decision-makers. You are used to working towards budget and clear goals and are motivated by building business from the ground up. You thrive in a hunter role where you drive the pace and take responsibility for the entire deal. As a person, you are business-driven, structured, and relationship-building, but also humble and a team player who contributes with positive energy and professionalism.

Practicalities

  • Employment: You will be employed by us and work at our client with a clear ambition for transition to the client within a maximum of 12 months
  • Compensation: Base salary + commission
  • Company car: No, but the possibility of car compensation or car pool
  • Office: Flexible, but the role requires you to be out with clients and work from the office located west of downtown Stockholm
  • Start date: As agreed
