We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Customer Success Manager who wants to contribute to strengthening our customer relationships and driving business growth!
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio consisting of approximately 100–200 customers, with the overarching goal of ensuring a customer loyalty of at least 80 percent. You will have full responsibility for building, nurturing, and developing long-term customer relationships through a structured, proactive, and business-oriented approach. The work encompasses the entire customer journey – from implementation and onboarding to ongoing follow-up, needs analysis, and contract renewals. A central part of the role is to identify new business opportunities with existing customers, drive upselling, and ensure that each customer receives maximum value from our solutions. You will work data-driven and follow up on results through clear key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue development. The role is clearly sales-focused and requires both strategic understanding and a high operational presence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to prioritize, act quickly, and always keep the business in focus.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3–4 years of experience in proactive B2B sales or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Customer Success, Account Management, or Key Account Management
- Is business-driven and accustomed to working towards clear goals
- Has strong communication skills and easily builds long-term relationships
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibility
- Is analytical, structured, and has a clear results focus
