Customer Service Representative at GodEl
We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of an exciting electricity company, namely GodEl!
Are you service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy a role where you create security for customers by providing clear answers and quick assistance? Then you might be the right person for us.
As a customer service representative, you will be the company's first point of contact and help customers with questions about contracts, invoices, prices, electricity consumption, and other energy-related matters. You will be an important part of a team that works every day to provide customers with a smooth and positive experience.
Your tasks:
- Receive and manage incoming calls from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Assist customers with questions about contracts, invoices, moving issues, and electricity consumption
- Perform some administration related to customer matters
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in service, support, or sales
- Has a professional and service-oriented attitude
- Is structured, meticulous, and confident even when the pace varies
- Enjoys taking responsibility and helping customers find solutions
- Is curious and thrives in a fast-paced and changing organization
- Has good communication skills and expresses themselves well in Swedish and English
- Has an interest in the energy industry or a desire to learn more
About the company & what they offer:
- Salary range: 28,500–29,500 SEK/month. Individual salary setting based on experience

GodEl is currently Sweden's sixth largest electricity company and also one of the fastest growing. Today, GodEl's workforce consists of 36 dedicated employees in a flat organization, all based at GodEl's office in central Sundbyberg, close to both subway, tram, and commuter trains. The customer service team at GodEl consists of 16 employees divided into two teams: Customer Service and Operations Support, each led by its own team leader. The work is primarily performed from the office, but there is an opportunity for remote work up to two days a week.
