Anticimex is hiring Customer Service Representatives

Anticimex is launching a new central customer service function to handle pest control calls from all over Sweden. We are now looking for full-time consultants who want to be part of this from the beginning and contribute with structure, service, and security in an important customer-facing role.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client Anticimex is a global company specializing in preventive damage services. The company helps both individuals and businesses protect their buildings and operations by identifying and addressing risks such as moisture, pests, and fires.

Starting in April, Anticimex will launch a new central function to handle incoming pest control calls from all over Sweden. To achieve this, we are building a new team of approximately 13 employees and are now looking for full-time customer service representatives for the period from April to August.

The phone will be your primary working tool, and the job mainly consists of receiving incoming calls. The role also includes repetitive and administrative tasks, which means you need to enjoy a structured and recurring work style.

The need is greatest during the period from May to August, and we would therefore prefer that any vacation be planned before or after these months.

Practical requirements:

  • Working hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
  • Location: Anticimex headquarters, Marievik, Liljeholmen.
  • Execution: The work is 100% on-site at the office
  • Training: Two weeks of training at the office, including the opportunity to accompany a pest technician in the field for practical insight.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

The phone will be your primary working tool, and the position mainly involves incoming calls and repetitive tasks, which requires you to be comfortable with a structured and recurring work style.

  • Provide guidance and support to customers via incoming phone calls.
  • Update and correct customer information and manage assignments.
  • Plan and book follow-up visits and perform updates and searches of cases.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed a high school diploma
  • Has experience in customer service, support, or another service-oriented role
  • Enjoys using the phone as a working tool
  • Has good computer skills and is proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Can work during the period from June to August without planned vacation.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience with invoicing issues
  • Previous experience or knowledge of pests
