We are looking for an IT Technician in Örebro who wants to work part-time!
As an IT Technician in this role, you will provide on-site support to users along with support from the client's IT department. You will handle orders for employees such as laptops, mobile phones, monitors, and more. Replace faulty hardware in consultation with the IT department, such as network equipment, printers, and other devices. Configure and deliver equipment for warehouse-specific systems, such as truck screens and handheld devices. Resolve various incidents that come to the office and warehouse. Provide general assistance and facilitate for the IT department that operates remotely to efficiently resolve issues, which may involve troubleshooting, configuration, installation, and more.

The position will be two full days a week during office hours 8-5, with an expected start in early May.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes
To be qualified for the position, we prefer that you have previous experience in IT support, either onsite or remote. You may have acquired the necessary knowledge through work experience or education.

We see that you have good knowledge in the following areas:

• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Cisco Products
• VMware

It is an advantage if you have worked with ServiceNow.
