About the job
We are looking for employees with expertise in the area of Active Directory who want to help further develop our IT environments and build up the authority's operations organization to manage larger commitments regarding internal operations.
In your role, you will develop, configure, and manage solutions related to Active Directory and our access management. You will be part of a team and have the opportunity to help shape the authority's future solutions in this area.

You will
- manage and develop our AD
- develop work routines and guidelines for our access management
- collaborate with the rest of the organization to further develop, improve, and facilitate daily work
- manage and implement new platforms and services
- monitor the area from a technical perspective where we implement improvements.
You must have
- an academic degree in IT or equivalent knowledge that we assess as comparable
- several years of relevant experience working with ADDS
- good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- experience in certificate management
- good knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
It is meritorious if you also have
- experience working with large complex operational environments
- experience creating technical documentation
- experience working with domain name systems and group policy objects
- good knowledge of PowerShell for creating automation scripts
- experience in organizations with high security requirements
- experience creating routines and working methods that meet guidelines and legal requirements.

More information
The employment is permanent with placement in Örebro. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security check with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.

About Transportstyrelsen
Number of employees: Approximately 2000.
Areas of operation: Transportstyrelsen works to achieve good accessibility, high quality, safe, and environmentally friendly transport within rail, aviation, shipping, and road. We develop regulations, grant permits, and monitor compliance. With the help of our registers, we work with fees, permits, and ownership transfers.
Locations: We have employees in 12 locations across the country. The largest part of the operations is in Borlänge, Norrköping, and Örebro. The headquarters is located in Norrköping.

About the IT Department
The IT Department consists of five units with associated sections. We are about 300 employees.
We support all departments within Transportstyrelsen both strategically and operationally in IT matters. We work with architecture, system development, management, and operation of IT systems as well as infrastructure.
