Our client, Statistics Sweden (SCB), is Sweden's leading authority for official statistics and plays a central role in how society, business, and research develop. SCB is now looking for two Data Administrators who want to work at the heart of the data supply process. You will be part of a production-oriented team that works with data collection from companies, organizations, and the public sector. The role is varied, educational, and highly beneficial to society.
Responsibilities
As a Data Administrator, you are a key person in the data collection process. Your work directly impacts the quality of the statistics produced by SCB. You will, among other things:
- Participate in the collection team and handle administrative tasks such as sending out letters and reminders.
- Contact data providers via both phone and email - answer questions, provide guidance, and follow up on missing data.
- Participate in weekly planning meetings and collaborate closely with subject matter experts for data collection.
- Run simple scripts according to instructions to support the data collection work.
- Review, code, and make minor corrections to incoming data.
- Gather data from websites and register it in SCB's systems.
- Convey ideas and needs related to data collection and update logs and routines.
- Participate in the planning and evaluation of surveys, for example, work with process data, documentation, and work routines.
- Assist in the implementation of new data collection tools and methods.
- Introduce and train new data administrators.
This is a role for you who thrive in a structured and data-driven environment, but who also appreciates customer contact and close teamwork.
We are looking for someone whoTo succeed in this role, you should meet the following:
- High school education (minimum requirement).
- At least three years of work experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Experience in teamwork.
- Experience in contact with companies, the public sector, and/or organizations in advisory contexts.

Statistics Sweden (SCB) is Sweden's leading producer of official statistics and plays a central role in providing society with reliable decision-making data. The authority develops, produces, and disseminates statistics used by the government, authorities, researchers, businesses, and the public. SCB is also responsible for coordinating the entire system for official statistics in Sweden and conducts international collaborations, including in developing countries. About the EmploymentThis is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO.
- Start: Immediately, considering notice period.
- Duration of assignment: December 31, 2026. Possibility of extension up to 6 months.
- Scope: 100%, on-site at SCB's premises.
- Location: Örebro.
- Compensation: Fixed monthly salary.
