We are now looking for a confident, curious, and humble project manager for our contracts and project management section within Product Unit Precision Fires.

Your Role

As a project manager with us, you will lead product development projects from idea to delivery. You prioritize and create results through clear goals, milestones, and structured planning. You continuously follow up, manage time, risks, and resources, and ensure that the work progresses in close collaboration with both external partners and internal functions such as development, production, purchasing, and quality. Through transparent communication and well-considered decisions, you build trust and engagement among teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, communicative, and confident in taking responsibility. You thrive in a changing environment and seamlessly switch between the big picture and details. With your ability to create lasting structure, you provide both direction and stability. We would like you to have experience leading projects or development initiatives in a technology or industrial environment, for example as a project manager, product manager, or technical leader.

If you have also worked with product development, product management, or other development-related roles, or have an understanding of industrial production and the interplay between development and production, it is an advantage. We also believe you have a higher education degree or equivalent experience and feel at home in an international environment.

With your drive, holistic view, and ability to create focus, you will be a central force in driving both our projects and our business forward.

The position is located in Karlskoga or Karlstad. Regular travel between the locations occurs.
