The company is a world-leading international high-tech firm developing the defense systems of the future. In the role of Application Developer at our client, you will primarily work with programming in C and C++, but other languages may also be involved depending on the nature of the project. An important part of the job is to interpret and break down requirements into technical solutions, as well as to design new or further develop existing software architecture. You will also develop unit tests and conduct integration tests to ensure quality and functionality. You will contribute to the planning work by making time estimates and establishing schedules. The role also involves responsibility for ensuring that the correct documentation is produced, and in some projects, you may be involved in client dialogues.

We are looking for someone who fits the following criteria:

• Has a university degree in computer science, electronics, or a similar/relevant field.

• Several years of experience in software development (C, C++).

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have worked with version control in Subversion/Trac or requirements management in DOORS.

To succeed in this role, you should be driven, structured, and proactive. You have strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. Swedish citizenship is required for this position.
