About the job
The Supportive Product Areas section within the Vehicle Information department is looking for a system administrator in the input case management production area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our IT systems, primarily focusing on ABBYY FlexiCapture.
The work involves ensuring efficient handling of large input flows and production processes in close collaboration with production operations and IT operations within the product area. You will play an important role in troubleshooting, incident management, and optimizing existing solutions while contributing to requirement specification and participating in development and digitization projects.

- be responsible for the management, configuration, and process development of the production area's IT systems, primarily related to ABBYY FlexiCapture
- be responsible for support, optimization, and user testing of system solutions primarily in the input area
- be responsible for troubleshooting and incident management in collaboration with users and technical teams
- work with documentation and improvement of routines, processes, and flows
- contribute to requirement specification and participate in projects related to system development and digitization primarily in the input area.
You must have
- completed secondary education
- experience working with ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar document and data capture systems
- experience working with input flows and production (e.g., scanning, automated data processing, file management)
- experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving related to the input process
- experience working as a requester/specifier
- knowledge of scripts and basic programming skills
- good knowledge of the Office suite
- good communication skills in Swedish.
It is meritorious if you also have experience in
- working with business models/processes
- agile methods and working practices
- working with integrations with other business systems (e.g., W3D3)
- working with database management (e.g., SQL)
- working in larger organizations or production environments.

More information
The employment is permanent with placement in Örebro. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. The needs of the business and the nature of the tasks will determine whether and to what extent this is possible. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.

Number of employees: Approximately 2000.
Areas of operation: Transportstyrelsen works to achieve good accessibility, high quality, safe, and environmentally friendly transport within rail, aviation, shipping, and road. We develop regulations, grant permits, and monitor compliance. With the help of our registers, we work with fees, permits, and ownership transfers.
Locations: We have employees in 12 locations across the country. The largest part of the operations is in Borlänge, Norrköping, and Örebro.

The Vehicle Information Department consists of six units: Staff, VTR, Revenue, Common Functions, Investigation, and Customer Service. We are about 440 employees and are located in Örebro, Borlänge, Arjeplog, and Visby.
We work with collecting taxes and fees and are responsible for vehicle registration. We develop e-services and produce various cards and certificates, such as driving licenses.
