Proactive and Community-Oriented IT Architect Wanted

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a cross-authority IT architect in infrastructure for the section of guidance and architecture as we need to create long-term target images in several areas where infrastructure is a part. The section includes both IT architecture and IT security and currently consists of 16 employees. We have a good collaborative climate and we support and help each other well.

The role of the cross-authority IT architect is strategic/tactical for us and will act with both operations, management groups, and IT. We see the role as central to shaping the strategic target images and, based on them, setting the frameworks for how the infrastructure at the authority should be shaped and governed.

The work involves you:

• Participating in investigations, feasibility studies, projects, and ongoing management.
• Being involved in the design of systems, services, and service interfaces, integrations, and the development of architectural prerequisites in connection with new or further development of services/systems.
• Being part of our architecture committee that works with architecture and principles for our long-term target images.
• Being part of the architecture forum within infrastructure that works with the design and scope of technical services and target images for the area.
• Being part of the architectural governance at SCB together with business architecture, solution architecture, legal, information security, and IT security.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have:

• A degree in computer or systems science or have other relevant education, competence, and experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least two years of experience in the role of overarching IT architect or a similar role that we assess as equivalent.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Certification in IT architecture.
• A broad knowledge of IT security.
• A good understanding of cloud-centric IT deliveries.

OTHER

This position is located in the section for guidance and architecture in Örebro. Based on the operational conditions, there is also the possibility to work some time from home.

The employment is permanent and usually starts with a six-month probationary period. The start date will be agreed upon.
