About the Organization:

The Systems Unit at FMTIS operates in several locations across the country, responsible for technical change management during renovations in the Armed Forces' telecommunications network and management of the Armed Forces' IT infrastructure.

In the Infrastructure Department where the position is located, we manage cross-system IT infrastructure that is crucial for the Armed Forces' operations. Our task includes working with change management and further development in areas such as local networks, data center solutions, IT security, and client and server solutions. Main Responsibilities

You will work with the design, development, and testing of components focused on Exchange platforms. The role of infrastructure specialist in the Systems Unit's Infrastructure Department involves being responsible for and participating in the technical management of the Armed Forces' IT infrastructure, which has high demands for availability and IT security.

Furthermore, handling questions within the area of technical support to the operations organization and decision-makers is included.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Academic education in IT or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer in combination with relevant work experience
• Very good knowledge and several years of practical experience with Microsoft Exchange
• Good knowledge of infrastructure services and components such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS
• Good knowledge of security and hardening of operating systems from e.g., CIS
• Several years of experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
• Good ability to express oneself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Driving license B (manual)

DESIRABLE

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT environments with high IT security requirements
• Experience with Office 365 and Hybrid Exchange
• Experience with networks, load balancing, and firewalls
• Experience working with business requirements in a larger organization
• Experience with related services such as Skype, mobile synchronization, gateway products, and integration tools
