Growing Organization Seeks Reinforcement!

We are now looking for a structured and security-conscious specialist to join our CIAM team and contribute to a modern and robust platform.

About the Position

Do you want to work in a role responsible for ensuring that the right people have the right access at the right time? The CIAM team plays a central role in our identity and access management and is currently in a growth phase where you will lead and drive daily operations.

You will lead and coordinate a dedicated CIAM team and be responsible for ensuring that our identity and access solutions function stably, securely, and user-friendly in an Azure environment. The role involves driving daily operations, prioritizing activities, managing changes and incidents, and ensuring that authentication, MFA, SSO, and other central identity flows work as they should.

Responsibilities

As a specialist in our CIAM team, you will work with identity management, group administration, and access control in Entra ID. You will ensure stable and secure management of our identity platform and contribute to the adherence and development of our IAM processes.

Examples of Tasks

  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Entra ID
  • Administer and configure Microsoft Entra environments
  • Implement and follow established IAM processes
  • Ensure that identity management works in a secure, correct, and user-friendly manner
  • Collaborate with other teams within the platform

Qualifications

  • 3-year upper secondary education with an IT focus or other education deemed equivalent
  • Work experience with Microsoft Entra ID
  • Completed training/certifications:
    • AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals
    • SC-900 Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Swedish citizenship
  • Driving license category B

Desirable Knowledge

  • Experience with ITIL processes
  • Experience handling classified information
  • Work experience within IAM
  • Experience with agile working methods
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git
  • Experience working with IT systems within the Swedish Armed Forces

The position is permanent, as a civilian employment, and begins with a 6-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the Swedish Armed Forces. The location is Örebro. The position involves business travel.

The unit has a collective responsibility for the Armed Forces' technical command systems that support military operations at sea, on land, and in the air - in Sweden and abroad.
