System Analyst at Meribel Pharma in Karlskoga
Do you want to work in a technical and regulated environment where computerized systems are crucial for quality, traceability, and efficiency in pharmaceutical manufacturing? We are looking for a system analyst for our site in Karlskoga who wants to take an active, operational role in developing, managing, and future-proofing our systems.
About the Role
As a system analyst, you will be responsible for several of our critical computerized systems within production, quality, and logistics – such as LIMS, Maximo, Comflow, TTC Web, Tracelink, and SeaVision.
You will be a central link between the business, IT, and external suppliers, working closely with users to understand needs, analyze data flows, and drive technical improvements. This role is suitable for you who want to combine technology, analysis, practical system work, and close collaboration with the business.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being present where the systems are used, builds relationships, and actively seeks opportunities to develop both systems and processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the operation, functionality, and lifecycle management of our computerized systems.
- Independently plan, execute, and document tests, data migrations, upgrades, and verification and validation activities according to GAMP5.
- Develop and update system documentation such as URS/FRS, risk analyses, test protocols, and validation reports.
- Drive change management, deviations, and CAPAs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Map information flows and perform troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and technical analyses.
- Participate operationally in projects, pilot studies, and digitization initiatives, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in system science, computer science, or equivalent.
- Experience in system management, testing, and technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of databases, data modeling, and SQL.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Preferred: experience in a GMP environment, GAMP5, integrations/APIs, and experience with systems such as LIMS, Maximo, Comflow, TTC Web, Tracelink, or SeaVision.
Personal Qualities
- Team player: collaborative, relationship-building, and communicative.
- Proactive: takes initiative, drives improvements, and follows up on results.
- Humble: helps where needed and shares knowledge.
- Structured & analytical: plans smartly, documents well, and makes data-driven decisions.
- Business-oriented: enjoys dialogue with users to create functional solutions.
What We Offer You
With us, you will be an important part of a company that is on an exciting digitalization journey. In the coming years, several of our systems will be replaced, modernized, or further developed. This means that you as a system analyst will have great opportunities to influence both how the systems are designed and how we work with them.
Here, you will work in an environment where improvement work truly makes a difference – both for the business and for your colleagues.
- A clean and structured GMP environment with stable processes.
- A team that values collaboration and development.
- A workplace where quality and safety are at the center – and where you have the opportunity to grow and influence.
- Attractive conditions with collective agreements, ATK days, wellness grants, and time off on all bridge days.
