Your Role

Saab Dynamics is in a strong growth phase and is now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who wants to help drive development forward. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and socially important environment where you lead the implementation of modern IT solutions that support the entire organization.

As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and delivering multiple parallel projects, from major upgrades of business systems to smaller initiatives within IT management. You ensure that projects meet their goals on time, within budget, and with the right quality. The role involves overall responsibility where you lead and coordinate project teams and stakeholders, drive requirements work, and ensure that solutions meet the organization's needs. You create structure, progress, and engagement in the projects and communicate clearly with both teams and management.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with an academic background in IT/IS or equivalent relevant work experience. You have documented experience leading IT projects, for example in infrastructure or business systems, and possess a strong ability to drive projects from start to finish with a focus on results. You are confident in your leadership and thrive in an environment characterized by change and development. You can navigate complex situations and get people to work towards common goals.

Furthermore, you have good communication skills and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. You are accustomed to presenting and anchoring information at different levels in the organization. For us, your personal qualities are an important part of the overall assessment in this recruitment.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the defense industry, knowledge of IT and information security, or experience with relevant regulations such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
