As a service technician at Smartify, your mission will be to help individuals and businesses get their digital technology in order. You will travel in a service vehicle and carry out assignments in customers' homes and at companies. We offer you an independent and varied job with opportunities for development and personal responsibility.

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart technology in private homes and businesses in the following technical areas:

• Computers and peripherals

• Networks and networking equipment

• TV and audio systems, including image optimization and wall mounting

• Activation and configuration of broadband services in households, such as routers, Wi-Fi networks, TV equipment, and broadband telephony

• Installation of conduits and cabling for new broadband outlets

• Digital locks & alarms

• Sales, installation, and configuration of software and hardware

What are we looking for in you?

• You are a social person who enjoys meeting new people. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and like to work independently with your own responsibility.

• An interest/talent for handyman work is a plus, as one of the many services we offer is wall mounting TVs and 5G antennas.

• You have a broad technical competence, are a true technology enthusiast, practically inclined, and love to learn new things.

• You can easily understand people's problems and explain technical solutions in a pedagogical way.

• You have experience configuring consumer electronics, such as routers, printers, computers, streaming boxes, and audio systems.

• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• You have a manual B driver's license, as you will be driving a service vehicle.

• If you also have training in IT/data/networking or similar, this is an advantage.

What can we offer you?

As a service technician at Smartify, you will be part of the effort to make Sweden smarter by making the latest digital developments accessible to everyone. You will have access to various tools to receive and report your assignments efficiently, directly in the field.

We also ensure that you have access to a car as well as tools, work clothes, and instruments. Before you go out into the field as a Smartify technician, you will undergo internal training where you will learn what you need. Training sessions may take place at other locations.

We offer an independent, varied, and developing full-time job, starting with a six-month probationary period. Salary according to agreement and the start date for the position is as soon as possible.
