You will be part of an established team in a government agency responsible for the management and further development of web-based collection solutions as well as the new development of an object platform for direct collection via multiple channels. The role suits you if you want to work broadly in both frontend and backend, contribute in an agile Scrum team, and collaborate closely with requirements experts, object specialists, and test managers.

• Develop and maintain solutions in both frontend and backend.
• Collaborate closely with requirements experts, object specialists, and test managers.
• Contribute to the development work with elements of requirements and testing.
• Prioritize work based on user needs, project requirements, and technical and IT security needs.
• Handle more complex support cases where qualified developer skills are required.
• Support the team's skills development through onboarding less experienced colleagues and active knowledge sharing.

• Nine (9) years of experience in IT development in a Microsoft environment such as .NET, system development in C#, working in SQL Server, and version control of code, for example with Git.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years working with agile methods as a working method.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years in a team-leading position within Scrum.
• Experience in development in .NET MVC, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful Web API, Azure DevOps, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience in accessibility adaptation according to WCAG.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and WinForms.

• Certification in Scrum.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years managing IT support for web surveys and web collection.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in the last five (5) years of development related to handling large data sets via the web.
