We are looking for software developers to work with collection systems in the road traffic area. You will be part of agile IT teams that develop, further develop, and maintain solutions where completeness, correctness, and traceability in collection management and parallel accounting are central. The environment is based on the Microsoft stack and includes both changed business processes and the development of new IT support.

The assignment is security classified and requires that you can undergo a security review with a background check.

• Participate in the entire software development cycle: requirements work, system design, planning, development, testing, and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain systems in the Microsoft stack with a focus on scalable and robust solutions
• Build and further develop complex distributed systems with many integration points
• Work with service-oriented and event-driven system solutions
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases
• Develop data warehouse solutions using Microsoft technology
• Work with TDD and automated testing
• Document system design and system implementation
• Collaborate closely with team members and deliver IT support based on business needs

• At least four (4) years of experience, within the last six (6) years counted from the last application deadline, in Microsoft .NET
• At least four (4) years of experience, within the last six (6) years counted from the last application deadline, in C#
• At least four (4) years of experience, within the last six (6) years counted from the last application deadline, in SQL Server and optimization of SQL databases
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in developing complex distributed systems with many integration points
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in developing service-oriented and event-driven system solutions
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in developing accounts receivable systems in collection management
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in developing data warehouse solutions using Microsoft technology
• At least four (4) years of experience, within the last six (6) years counted from the last application deadline, in TDD and automated testing
• At least four (4) years of experience, within the last six (6) years counted from the last application deadline, in Azure DevOps Server
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in software development with NServiceBus
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in SpecFlow
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in Blazor
• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in documenting system design and system implementation
• Experience working according to agile methods
• Ability to undergo and pass a security review (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• At least two (2) years of experience, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline, in Telerik Blazor

• Experience from at least 1 assignment for authorities or large organizations with complex system environments, many integrations, and high security requirements, within the last four (4) years counted from the last application deadline
