Do you want to work closely with another person and help her daily life function on her terms?

We are now starting a new staff group for a woman with significant care needs in central Enköping. The positions we are looking to fill are both on a fixed schedule and as on-call substitutes.

As a personal assistant, you will be her hands and a reliable support in all parts of life. The work is always carried out with respect for her integrity, needs, and wishes.

Job Responsibilities

The work is varied and may include:

• Support in daily routines and personal care
• Household chores, cooking, and shopping
• Accompanying her on activities and errands
• Being a present and reassuring companion

Working Hours

The assistance is around the clock and includes:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Night shifts (sleeping duty)

We are looking for someone who

• Is attentive, caring, and secure in themselves
• Finds it easy to create good contact and collaborate
• Has a respectful attitude and a good understanding of integrity
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage – but personal suitability and chemistry are crucial.
