About the Position:

Freja is now looking for a part-time assistant who can work extra as needed. The work is primarily performed at home together with Freja's parents.

The Person You Will Work With:

Freja is a 7-year-old girl living with her parents and younger sister in a townhouse in Western Gothenburg. She has cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy, visual impairment, is non-verbal, and receives most of her food through a tube in her stomach, requiring assistance with all aspects of her daily life. Freja enjoys play, fun sounds, vibrations, singing, warm baths, being outdoors in the sun, and lots of closeness. When Freja has tough days with a lot of tension and spasticity, your main task will be to help her feel calm and relaxed.

Who We Are Looking For:

You are at least 20 years old.
You are physically fit and can lift and play with Freja in your arms/on a training mat.
You are smoke-free.
You enjoy being around children and have a childlike spirit.
You are self-assured, empathetic, and attentive to the needs of others.
You are meticulous, responsible, and a bit creative.
You are proactive and self-driven.
You speak fluent Swedish.

We Prefer That You Have:

Experience working as a personal assistant and with children with disabilities is an advantage.
A driver's license.
Interest or experience in physiotherapy, massage, or similar.

Documents proving the right to work in Sweden must be presented at any interview:

A Swedish citizen is verified, for example, with a passport or a certificate of residence from the Tax Agency.
EU/EES citizens also have the right to work in Sweden. Citizenship is verified, for example, with a passport or residence card.
Third-country nationals (outside EU/EES) prove their right to work in Sweden with a decision from the Migration Agency, a residence permit card (both front and back) or an LMA card.
