We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to a woman in Falköping who lives in her own home. We can offer a summer substitute position for about 8 weeks between weeks 23–33.

You will be part of a team that works scheduled hours every day of the week. The working hours include both day and night shifts. A large part of the work is done together with other assistants since the user requires double assistance.

You should be good at reading and sensing other people, have good self-awareness, be confident in yourself, be able to collaborate well, and have a sense of humor. The job involves personal care, everyday household tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning, as well as participating in all activities. The job is also performed in the daily operations.

The user has her own car, so having a driver's license is an advantage. It is beneficial if you have previously encountered individuals with communication difficulties, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is your commitment and genuine interest in contributing to an improved quality of life for me.

The working degree is primarily 85-100%, but if you have other preferences, we can accommodate this if you are the right person in the right place.

We are also interested in individuals who have recently retired and have extensive experience working in preschools, schools, and who only want to work as substitutes for a few weeks and not the entire summer.

Introduction will start in the spring by agreement.
