Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced project manager for a consulting assignment in rental management and the development of housing systems. The assignment involves leading change processes and coordinating personnel and resources from different operational areas to develop new structures for rental management and maintenance. The project manager will work closely with various teams to create collaboration routines and implement a new rental system.

Responsibilities

Develop organizational structures for rental management
Create new working methods for the operation and maintenance of properties
Collaborate with different operational areas to implement new systems and routines
Establish routines for cooperation between relevant departments

Personal Qualities

The project manager needs to have a high ability to collaborate, quickly understand the assignment, and deliver results on time. There is also a need for the ability to manage complex processes and prioritize as needed. Experience with housing provided by social services is also an important competence.

Requirements and Qualifications

Several years of documented experience (at least 15 years) in the authority of social services
Degree in Social Work
Experience working with property issues related to social services housing solutions
Knowledge of the rental law (Jordabalken)
Experience working with refugee reception according to relevant laws and directives
Very good understanding of municipal finance and negotiation with landlords
Experience working in a politically governed organization
Driver's license required
