We are looking for two driven support pedagogues ready for a new challenge!

You should have a natural ability to create sustainable relationships and be able to adapt to changing work environments and challenges.

To succeed in this role, you are expected to inspire and motivate others while maintaining a high standard of quality and care in your work.

We are looking for two support pedagogues for two operations that work with an elderly target group, which means you need to have both experience and a willingness to work with the elderly within LSS.

About the job

Our goal is for users, based on their individual conditions and abilities, to have a safe and meaningful existence.

In the role of support pedagogue, you have an approach and response that provides individually tailored support. This means that interventions should meet the individual’s psychological, physical, and social needs, in a way that reduces the individual’s disability in relation to the environment, barriers, or responses.

Job responsibilities

• The work involves providing individually tailored support in a safe and stimulating environment based on each person's individual needs.
• The work includes support in contacts with daily activities, family, friends, and encouraging and supporting leisure activities.
• Job responsibilities may include care, ADL, and delegated tasks from licensed personnel. You collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses and are responsible for the execution and follow-up of aids, etc.
• Execution of social and HSL documentation according to applicable documentation regulations.

In addition to this, you are also responsible for ensuring that implementation plans are established and quality assured. You should be a role model and be able to guide in daily work.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in the field of disability. At least 200 YH credits or 60 higher education credits.
• You master Swedish in both spoken and written form.
