JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference for people living in housing with special services? Then this job might be for you! We are now looking for new colleagues who can work as hourly substitutes as needed or during the summer holiday period as monthly employees with the possibility of 100% working hours during the regular staff's well-deserved vacation.

The intrapreneurship Trissen currently consists of three different housing operations located in western Gothenburg. The individuals you will work with all have varying needs for individually tailored support in their daily lives due to intellectual disabilities.

As an hourly substitute, you will be available for all operations within the intrapreneurship (unit). You will start with shadowing experienced staff across all operations.

When you work with us during the summer holiday period, you will receive a monthly employment contract with the possibility of 100% working hours during the employment period. You will primarily be at one and the same unit throughout your employment period.

The target group we work with is predominantly at a relatively high functional level and has limited needs for support in their daily lives. Much of the support provided is given through verbal support, motivational conversations, and assisting in following routines and structures that support the individual in their daily life.

We place great emphasis on the fact that every person is unique and has their own wishes and needs. Therefore, we have a very advanced working method that is designed to meet each individual user's needs. Our guiding principles are a good approach based on attentiveness and respect for the individual.

All social documentation is done in the documentation system TRESERVA.

QUALIFICATIONS

We wish for you to be educated or training in the health and care program, child and leisure program, support assistant in adult education, or have equivalent or ongoing education that the employer deems equivalent, as well as personal suitability.

You who apply for a position with us must be at least 18 years old, in accordance with the regulations regarding minors' work environment (AFS 2012:3). To be able to document, you need to master the Swedish language in speech and writing, which means a requirement for passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1, or equivalent. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1 may be offered to take a language test through the test user Educateit.

Experience in care work, neuropsychiatry, and motivational conversations is considered meritorious.
