JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop an educational preschool for our children? We are now investing and raising the competence in our preschools and are looking for several preschool assistants for our preschools in Gothenburg City.

As a preschool assistant with us, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with the Education Act and the curriculum. You will activate, motivate, and care for the children. Together with your colleagues, you will design learning environments that promote children's development and education. We value good collaboration and actively work with collegial learning to develop our educational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained preschool assistant through, for example, the Child and Leisure Program or have completed at least 1300 high school credits with a preschool assistant focus. Please submit your grades as an attached file in your application. If we do not receive your grades, we will not be able to make an assessment, and you will not proceed in the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who is pedagogical and flexible, which allows you to create a safe and positive environment for children's learning. Your sense of responsibility and focus on the best interests of the operation are clear, and you have a strong ability to collaborate and work towards common goals. You are attentive and communicate well with colleagues, children, and guardians. Since Swedish is the common working language in our preschools, you need to master the language both orally and in writing.
