ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 70% during March, with the possibility to work as a substitute as needed both before and after this period. Working hours vary between weekdays and weekends and are distributed according to the following schedule:

• 07:30 AM - 11:00 PM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin your training immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 60s with dementia and uses a walker as an aid in her daily life. As a personal assistant in this assignment, you will assist with daily routines, such as household chores, personal hygiene, and assisting during meals.

The client enjoys crafting and has previously engaged in activities such as candle making, baking, and home improvement. These types of activities may also occur during your shifts as an assistant.

As a personal assistant, it is also important that you can maintain calm in various situations while being able to take the lead in conversations and create a safe and positive environment. Our client prefers female applicants, and we consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working as a personal assistant or from other care and support services that the employer assesses as equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license/access to a car to get to and from the workplace, public transport is not available.

Employment rate: 70% during March, with the possibility to continue as a substitute afterwards.

Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We warmly welcome your application.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present a criminal record extract.
