The current team consists of employees who have good collaboration skills and an interest in the target group, and we hope that you, too, share this interest. The work shifts include days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekends. You will work with users who need assistance with care, hygiene, and other daily activities. The job may also involve participating in various activities such as horseback riding and swimming, so it is important that you can perform these activities yourself. Longer trips may also occur.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, we see that you have previous experience in care/support/LSS and have experience/competence in, for example, autism. Since personal chemistry between staff and users is crucial, personal suitability will be emphasized. You need to be able to swim. We view experience working with people with disabilities positively. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since our users are spread throughout Hallsberg Municipality, having a Class B driver's license is an advantage. In Hallsberg Municipality, we use the Life Care operational system, and we prefer that you have experience with this system.
