About the Organization

We are looking for someone who wants to work with a focus on people and who, together with the individual and their relatives, creates conditions for change.

Our outpatient care currently consists of two parts, Outpatient Care Stegen and the Family Team. We are now seeking staff for both parts. The organizations are entering an exciting development phase, and we are looking for you who want to help strengthen and develop our local solutions.

We provide both services without needs assessment and assistance-assessed services. Our ambition is to offer qualified support and treatment close to the individual. The work is based on participation, safety, and professional treatment work, where the individual's needs and resources are at the center.

We are now expanding the workgroups and looking for additional staff.

Job Responsibilities

As a therapist, you will meet individuals and families in various life situations who need support. You will work based on the individual's needs in close collaboration with their network and other actors. Job responsibilities include psychosocial support, motivational and treatment work, as well as support and treatment conversations, both individually and in groups. Our family team works based on Signs and Safety.

Some work may be scheduled outside regular working hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are:

• Social worker/educator/behavioral scientist

You are confident in your professional role, have good collaboration skills, and a professional demeanor. You are flexible and have the ability to create trusting relationships.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A driver's license is required.

Meritorious

• Training in MI, CRA, Repulse, ÅP, CRAFT, or similar
• Experience working with youth and families
