Hello! I am looking for some new assistants for our lovely girl gang!

Novum is a nationwide assistance provider that operates based on a Christian value foundation, with the ambition to make a difference for individuals, the industry, and society.

As part of Novum Assistans, you will be involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. We, as an assistance company, create conditions for the tasks that assistance requires, in ongoing skills development based on the needs of the assignment. You, as an assistant, thus have the opportunity for personal development both as an individual and in your professional role as a personal assistant.

Who are you as an applicant?

So, if you are a girl between 20-40 years old who is passionate about helping people and knows what it means to work as a personal assistant or feel motivated to learn, you are welcome to apply. You must be flexible and empathetic as you will be working in my daily life and helping it flow as smoothly as possible. This means that you must be able to step in if a colleague, for example, gets sick or wants to take time off, to minimize any involuntary changes in my life, as I want to live my life as I wish, just like you.

I am a 33-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair and needs help with everything in my daily life, such as cooking, cleaning, and everything else that belongs to the wonderful everyday life, but also personal hygiene, among other things. But besides the boring daily chores, you get to join me on long walks with my dog, accompany me when I do what I love most, watching hockey; I can be at a match several times a week. Otherwise, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. But I also love to be at home and just relax.

So I am like you; it’s just that my legs and arms don’t quite work like yours. But I work just like you, except I haven’t chosen to work in assistance; I work in an accounting department because I don’t like changing people’s diapers 😉🤭.

About the employment

The employment is based on an hourly basis and as needed. Working hours can vary between day, evening, night, and weekend. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations are according to collective agreements. If everything feels good between you and the client, there is a possibility of a schedule during the summer vacation.

In this recruitment, we apply a personality test for all applicants. This takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, and you will receive an invitation via your email after you have applied for the position. The tests help us match the right person with the right job. This way, we increase the chances that you, as an employee, will thrive with us and that you have the right conditions to succeed in the assignment.

The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided at a possible interview. Start date will be agreed upon. For employment with Novum Assistans, you must have BankID and agree that your BankID will be used in the service.
