ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed with our client in Lindesberg, with the possibility of fixed shifts during the summer.

The working hours are scheduled throughout the day, with some waiting time during the night. On weekends, you will work day shifts, which may also occur during weekdays. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

The working hours may vary for flexibility but are generally scheduled as follows:

• 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, or 3:30 PM - 8:30 AM on weekdays

• 3:30 PM - 3:30 PM on weekends

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s with cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities. He uses aids such as lifts and standing tables.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and transfers.

Furthermore, the client enjoys swimming, which he does twice a week. Therefore, it is important that you as a personal assistant can accompany him to swim, that you can tolerate chlorinated water, and that you are a good swimmer.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, as it is most important that you and our client enjoy each other's company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to tolerate chlorinated water and be a good swimmer

• Driver's license and access to a car

• Experience in care or equivalent

Employment rate: Substitute with the possibility of more work during the summer

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
