What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Nytida Yxe Herrgård Yxe Herrgård was established in 1984 and we have 50 places for individuals over 18 years old with substance abuse and mental disabilities. At Yxe Herrgård, we offer care and treatment based on an individual, cognitive approach in a safe and homely environment – with the person at the center. About 30 employees work at Yxe Herrgård. We are nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, treatment pedagogues, nursing assistants, etc. We have extensive experience and competence in our respective fields. Staff members have access to ongoing further education within our operational areas.

As a summer substitute, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from an educational perspective. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.

Your experience and knowledge  We believe that you who apply to us:

We prefer that you have good computer skills and experience in documentation is also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
