About the assignment In this role, you will support the authority's work with the processing of cases concerning the determination of legal gender. You will work closely with investigators and contribute to efficient, correct, and legally secure case management.

The work involves reviewing incoming applications, ensuring that documentation is complete, and sending confirmations or requesting additional information as needed. You will handle administrative tasks related to the case flow and work systematically with multiple parallel cases. We are looking for someone who has

At least a high school diploma or post-secondary education in a relevant field Relevant experience in processing cases initiated by individual applications within the framework of public authority Basic knowledge of administrative law Basic understanding of the regulations regarding public access and confidentiality Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
