Your Responsibilities

As a recruitment assistant, you will work closely with Emma, Jonna, Minna, and Anders. You will become an important part of the recruitment process and gain practical experience during your studies. Here, you will support the team in daily tasks and gain experience in candidate management, interviews, and search, among other things. The role is varied and provides a good insight into how recruitment processes work, where no day is the same.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is studying at a college or university and has a couple of years left in their studies. You enjoy working in a structured manner and have a natural drive to take responsibility. You are patient and motivated to work systematically until you find the right match. To thrive in this role, we believe you are:

• Detail-oriented and administratively skilled
• Social, communicative, and enjoy talking on the phone
• Flexible and curious to take on new tasks
• Quick to learn systems and digital tools
• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
• At least 1-2 years left in your studies

Experience in administration, service, or sales is a plus. However, your attitude, engagement, and willingness to contribute are the most important.
