About the position

You will be employed as a staffing consultant at Lernia and work with our client in Solna. The assignment starts immediately, so don't wait to submit your application.

About the role

We are looking for an employee for service delivery within coffee and vending. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and replenishment of approximately 130 coffee machines and a dozen vending machines. You will be a central part of the service delivery in a dynamic hospital environment, ensuring that both employees and visitors always have access to coffee and other products.

Tasks that may be included in the role:

• Packing and preparing carts for daily service • Regular service and cleaning of coffee machines • Replenishing goods • Changing hygiene kits in machines • Disposal of packaging, grounds, etc. • Simple troubleshooting repairs for reported faults • Inventory, ordering, and unpacking of goods • Reading and following up on meter readings

About you

We are looking for someone who has another main occupation of at least 50% (studies or another job) and who can combine this with work with us. We see that you are flexible and can step in at short notice and work different shifts.

For this role, it is desirable that you have previous work experience in service – for example, from restaurants, cleaning, or similar. If you have previous experience working in a healthcare environment or handling coffee machines, that is also a plus.

Personal qualities

If you are a person who enjoys collaborating with others and is flexible and adaptable as the work pace can vary, this could be the right role for you. You also understand the importance of creating good relationships and contributing to a positive atmosphere at work.

Formal qualifications

• Ability to work at least 3 days/week (weekend work may occur) • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish • High school diploma or equivalent • Computer skills • Previous experience in a similar role, for example: • - Experience from service occupations • - Experience from healthcare environments
