As an election coordinator, you play a key role in one of society's most important tasks. In this full-time assignment, you will lead and coordinate the election work, from planning and training to implementation and follow-up, in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

About the assignment We are looking for an Election Coordinator for our municipal client in Stockholm for a full-time consulting assignment through us at Bemannia. The assignment is expected to start on 2026-02-25 and last until 2026-11-30 at the latest. There may be night and weekend work, but otherwise, working hours are 8 AM - 4:30 PM, with the possibility of remote work by agreement. Your tasks

As an election coordinator, you will be a central part of the core of democracy. You will project manage and coordinate the entire election work, from recruiting and training approximately 450 election officials to ensuring venues, materials, and logistics. You are responsible for ensuring that the election officials receive the right knowledge and support, coordinating with external stakeholders such as PostNord, the County Administrative Board, and the Election Authority, and ensuring that the election process is documented and evaluated for future improvements. The work includes both strategic and operational tasks, from preparing cases for the election board to solving practical problems on election day. You will lead the daily work together with another election coordinator who focuses on recruitment activities and assists with other practical and administrative tasks related to the election.

Your qualifications

• We are looking for someone with a university degree in political science, public administration, law, or another relevant field.

• Good knowledge of laws governing public operations

• Experience working in a politically governed organization and

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience in election work or election administration, project management, team leadership, as well as legal or municipal competence.
