Receptionist at Client's Headquarters in Stockholm

We are looking for a positive and engaged employee for the reception at our client's headquarters in central Stockholm.
You will be the face of our client and therefore play a very important role in creating a welcoming service atmosphere and a professional reception. As a receptionist, you will work with many varied tasks, both high and low. Your task is to ensure that the office's service delivery runs smoothly and to create a pleasant and well-functioning environment for those who visit and work at the workplace.
Your tasks will include:
- Welcoming, informing, and guiding visitors in the reception and directing them further in the facility in a service-oriented manner
- Booking internal conference rooms
- Based on requests, ordering, setting up, and serving refreshments, lunches, and ensuring that conference rooms and pantries are in order
- Other administrative tasks
The assignment is conducted within the framework of an integrated service solution where you have your area of responsibility, which in this case is the reception, but you are expected to take part in tasks in other areas of our service operations. We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for the reception but also enjoys a varied job and is not too proud to take on other tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
Before employment, a security clearance and an extract from the criminal record are required.
We are looking for someone who possesses high integrity and is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a corporate representative and share Sodexo's desire to deliver world-class service as well as our values of service spirit, teamwork, and development. This means that you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your service area, and be able to suggest improvements to the client. We see that you have several years of experience in similar tasks and that you come with good references. You should master both Swedish and English in speech and writing and have good IT skills. We also see that you have good organizational skills and enjoy working with routines and processes. You must be able to work independently and make your own decisions, and flexibility is key. We need to constantly challenge ourselves and continually change and improve.

Employment Type and Working Hours:
The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period, full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday daytime.
