We are now looking for you who want to take the next step in your consulting career. Do you have a few years of experience as a management consultant, internal consultant, or from a business-related role in areas such as purchasing, sales, or project management? Do you thrive in a role where you can take significant responsibility, work closely with clients, and drive projects from analysis to implementation? Then this could be the next step for you.

About Keen & Able Keen & Able is a management consulting firm founded in 2017 with a clear ambition: to create real value through better business relationships. They help organizations achieve their goals by maximizing the benefits of both existing and potential collaborations – internally as well as externally.

The company works closely with its clients and operates across a wide range of industries, including finance, technology, IT, manufacturing, and retail. Projects range from strategic feasibility studies and transformation projects to operational implementation in sales, purchasing, and business development. Clients vary from fast-growing startups to large international corporations.

What sets Keen & Able apart is their way of working: they ask questions, adapt quickly, connect people – and get things done.

About the team & the role As a management consultant at Keen & Able, you will be part of a small, close-knit, and growing team of about 10 people. The organization is flat and characterized by open communication, which means that consultants quickly take responsibility for client assignments and their own initiatives.

The role is suitable for you who are already comfortable in the consulting role and can work relatively independently with clients. You will work on varied assignments where you combine analysis, project management, and client dialogue. Often, you will be involved in the entire chain from understanding the client's challenges, developing recommendations, and leading the implementation together with the client's organization.

Examples of tasks:

  • Conduct analyses and investigations with a clear business and profitability focus

  • Lead or drive parts of client projects with a focus on analysis, structure, and change management in complex business environments

  • Work closely with decision-makers and build long-term client relationships

  • Contribute to the development of Keen & Able's offerings and internal processes

About you We are looking for someone with a strategic and analytical approach, but who also enjoys translating ideas into concrete actions. You have the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and create structure where others see chaos.

You are self-driven, responsible, and comfortable representing the company with clients. At the same time, you value collaboration and enjoy working closely with both colleagues and clients. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you are encouraged to take initiative, come up with ideas, and make an impact.

We hope you have:

  • A degree in industrial economics, economics, engineering, or equivalent

  • Approximately 2–4 years of relevant work experience, for example as a management consultant, internal consultant, or in a business/project management role

  • Experience working independently on client assignments

  • Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have a background from consulting firms, as well as experience in analysis, negotiation, business strategy, or transformation projects.

Why Keen & Able? At Keen & Able, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take significant responsibility early on and lead your own client assignments

  • Work in a culture that values balance, freedom, and trust

  • Develop both as a consultant and a leader, with clear development paths

  • Be part of a small company with large clients and a high level of trust in the market

The office is centrally located in Stockholm, and the company offers flexibility in how and where work is performed.

Welcome with your application! Recruitment is handled by Ed:Za Group. If you have questions about the role or the process, please feel free to contact [email protected]
