Workplace

At the Economic Crime Authority in Stockholm, there are three economic crime chambers, one financial market chamber, and one police operational unit. We are now seeking one or more chamber prosecutors for a fixed-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

The investigations are conducted in working groups tailored to the scope and complexity of the case. Different competencies work together in teams based on the assignment to effectively investigate and prosecute economic crime. As a chamber prosecutor at the Economic Crime Authority, you will lead the preliminary investigation from the moment a case is received and the preliminary investigation is initiated until the case is concluded.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a chamber prosecutor
• has very good legal knowledge
• has a very good ability to express themselves well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• experience with cases concerning economic crime or other business-related crime (especially meritorious)
• experience in leading preliminary investigations and conducting proceedings in extensive or complicated investigations (especially meritorious)
• experience in handling secret coercive measures
• experience with cases of international relevance.
