About the job

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with the meeting with the patient in focus. As a medical secretary, you are an important employee at the health center. Your main tasks consist of writing medical records in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and providing local IT support. Reception work is also included, where you are the first person patients meet.

About you

You are a trained medical secretary. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in primary care. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field. Additionally, you express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive, you enjoy working independently, but also have good teamwork skills. You appreciate variety in your work and can easily switch between different tasks. Since the workload is varied, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in business development.

A professional attitude and a friendly approach towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
