About Unika Slalomvägen

Unika Slalomvägen is an adapted group home with 6 places just outside Enköping towards Bredsand. The area offers proximity to both swimming pools, bathing places, and outdoor areas.

The residence has staff available around the clock, and staffing is adjusted according to the needs of the group. Each user has their own contact person who has a little extra responsibility Together, we create a pleasant and vibrant everyday life where community is at the center. We work in teams around the users and contribute with different competencies in our work with them. Access to HSL staff around the clock.

About the role

As a support educator/residential support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, have a professional and salutogenic approach and work based on the resources, goals, and conditions of the organization.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, and the starting point is the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves a low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy.

Qualifications
  • Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.

  • Good computer skills, experience in documentation.

  • Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS

  • Higher vocational education as a support educator/support assistant

  • Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have
  • University education as a behavioral scientist, social worker We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment conditions

Type of employment: Hourly substitutes, temporary positions Working hours: Varies Working time: Day, evening, weekend Start date: By agreement, ongoing recruitment Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
