About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting from April to September 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company.

💼 Responsibilities
In the role of finance assistant within accounts receivable at Nynas, you will work with accounts receivable for several companies within the Nynas group and be an important part of the Nordic Shared Services team within finance. The role entails a broad responsibility where you ensure that customer invoices, payments, and reconciliations are handled correctly and efficiently, in accordance with internal procedures, policies, and applicable regulations. You have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and work closely with colleagues, the sales organization, customers, and auditors. The role combines ongoing operational work with the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of processes within accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable including bookkeeping and matching incoming payments, bank fees, balance transfers, and follow-up on unmatched items
Be responsible for monthly and ad hoc invoicing to external customers as well as price confirmations for internal sales within the Nynas group
Conduct bank and balance reconciliations in connection with monthly closings and follow up on unbooked transactions
Manage customer master data, confirm new customer setups internally, and be responsible for the application and updating of credit insurance
Maintain ongoing contact with the sales organization, customers, and auditors via a shared functional mailbox and participate in projects and improvement work related to accounts receivable
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting
• Practical work experience in financial work, full-time or part-time
• Good computer and system skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
