Magnum Ice Cream Company is now looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who wants to help shape the future financial practices as a result of the separation from Unilever and the implementation of a new global ERP landscape.

This is a business-oriented, strategic change role with significant authority, high visibility, and clear impact on results and working methods in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

As Finance Business Partner Lead, you will be responsible for driving and anchoring global financial solutions locally in the Nordics. You will ensure that new processes and systems work in practice, both commercially and regulatory, and become a central link between global design and local operations.

The role is primarily linked to the transformation program OPUS, with close collaboration with the CFO, Commercial Finance, Finance Controller, IT, commercial teams in the Nordics, and global process owners.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure that global financial design meets Nordic business and legal requirements

• Drive local change initiatives within Finance GTM, pricing, campaigns, and Trade Promotion Management

• Coordinate local experts and actively contribute to global process forums

• Be responsible for local testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare in connection with ERP implementation

• Support revenue and profitability analysis and ensure correct impact on P&L

• Ensure smooth TSA exit and integrate changes into regular operations

We are looking for someone who is confident in their financial expertise and thrives in roles where structure meets change.

• Senior experience in Commercial Finance / Finance Business Partnering

• Deep understanding of Finance GTM processes (FP&A, revenue reporting, credit, etc.)

• Good knowledge of Nordic legal and regulatory requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial transformations is highly desirable

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

• High digital maturity and interest in AI and new working methods

• Fluent English; Nordic language is a plus
