Do you want to drive one of the most exciting financial transformations in the Nordics within a global organization? Magnum is in the early stages of growth and is currently undergoing a comprehensive business and systems transformation.

We are now looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner with a Nordic focus who wants to play a key role in this work.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be a central part of the OPUS transformation program, which constitutes the final phase of the separation from Unilever. The role has a clear Nordic perspective with responsibility for Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, where you contribute to the development and successful implementation of new working methods and financial processes.

You will act as a bridge between global design and local business needs, focusing on ensuring that the global ERP solution and Management reporting are adapted and function in the Nordic markets. The role reports to the OPUS Nordic Finance Business Partner Lead.

• Understand and convert the global financial design to local Nordic needs and identify change impacts

• Support necessary local adaptations, workarounds, and solutions in both interim and final states

• Work with financial master data and contribute to the design of test scenarios from a financial perspective

• Participate in and support system integration tests and conduct local User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for financial processes

• Collaborate with OPUS Finance and Change Management Leads on change analysis and implementation of change activities

• Ensure that test scenarios are executed prior to rollout to Nordic teams

• Provide dedicated on-site support during go-live and cutover and support the business during the hypercare period

• Ensure continuity, quick problem resolution, and escalation of critical incidents as needed

• Solid experience in FP&A and Finance Business Partnering

• Strong understanding of financial GTM processes such as management reporting

• Good understanding of financial core processes and the ability to compare different models, identify gaps, and bridge differences between global design and local requirements

• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and central financial applications

• Experience in testing, cutover, and transformation projects within finance or ERP implementations is a plus

• High digital maturity and interest in AI

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Fluent English in spoken and written form

· Nordic language is a plus
