About the Position

We are now offering a 50% position for someone who wants to teach Swedish and Religious Studies. There may be an opportunity for a higher position percentage.

Your responsibilities at Guldstadsgymnasiet include planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in accordance with applicable regulations, both individually and in collaboration with your colleagues. Together with your colleagues, you will also actively work on the development of the organization and its core values.

In your role as a teacher at Guldstadsgymnasiet, you will be significantly involved in the school's systematic quality work and pedagogical development.

Your Profile

We are primarily looking for a licensed teacher. We seek someone with strong subject competence who wants to contribute with engagement, who is passionate about learning, and who, together with colleagues, wants to provide students with the best conditions to achieve their goals.

As a person, you are also skilled in communication, planning, and organization. Since you work closely with students, it is important that you are attentive, can provide support, and make difficult decisions when necessary.

Together with the principal and colleagues, you will take responsibility for the school's pedagogical development, subject development, and for developing your own professional competence. You are creative in your planning and implementation of teaching, create a desire to learn, and have the ability to see students as individuals with different needs and motivations.

In the classroom, you are a confident leader and good at building relationships with both students and guardians.
