Who are we?

Kättinge School is located about 30 kilometers east of Norrköping towards Arkösund. At Kättinge School, there are approximately 90 students in grades F-6 and an after-school program. Our focus is on the development and learning of children and young people.

We base our work on the individual conditions and needs of the children to ensure that each child succeeds and gets a good start in developing lifelong learning. We achieve this together through successful teaching, high expectations, respectful relationships, and secure pedagogical leadership.

We are now looking for a substitute teacher at Kättinge School who wants to contribute to the students' development!

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will teach physical education and health and be responsible for planning, implementation, and assessment in the subject.

You will also work in the after-school program and, together with engaged colleagues, take significant responsibility for driving the after-school program forward.

With access to classrooms, a gym, a music room, a kitchen, and nature, there are good conditions for creating quality in the operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a teacher in the after-school program with a focus on physical education and has experience teaching physical education and health.

You are confident in your teaching role and a stable role model for the students. You relate to them in a responsive manner while being able to set boundaries when necessary.

You have a positive attitude and are skilled at creating and maintaining trusting relationships with both students and guardians, as well as colleagues.

You possess good pedagogical insight, adapting your approach and seeking solutions based on students' individual needs to help them develop as much as possible.

We see that you thrive in a dynamic environment where you adjust your working methods according to changing circumstances and natural pace variations throughout the day. You are self-driven and prioritize and organize your work efficiently.
