We are now looking for a skilled and unpretentious economist with a strong interest in systems for an exciting assignment at an international SaaS company experiencing significant growth.

The company is headquartered in Stockholm and is currently established in other countries, with more markets planned for the future. In 2025, an American Private Equity firm became a co-owner, giving the company additional strength to accelerate its expansion.

About the assignment

In this role, you will play a key part in building and developing processes and routines in the financial flow, with a particular focus on:

• Transactions and flows from CRM → invoicing → ERP

• Structure, control, and scalability in an international environment

• Active participation in a planned system change in the spring

The assignment is initially 100% during the period of March to May, with the possibility of reducing to part-time from June to August. The company plans to start recruiting for a permanent position before summer, and depending on how that process develops, the assignment may be extended.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in finance/accounting

• Has a clear interest in systems and has preferably worked closely with ERP, CRM, or invoicing systems

• Has been involved in system implementations or changes

• Has worked in an international environment and preferably had responsibility for, or worked with, multiple countries

• Can think both broadly and strategically, but also roll up their sleeves operationally

• Is unpretentious and solution-oriented

Start: February/March

Extent: 100% March to May, then possibility for part-time
