We are looking for an engaged student who wants to support our HR team and contribute to ensuring that our daily HR service runs smoothly and professionally. With us, you will gain a clear insight into how HR administration works in practice within a larger organization.

About the Role

As an HR Assistant, you will be part of our wonderful HR team and play an important role in our administrative processes. The work mainly consists of recurring administrative tasks and volume management – tasks that require structure, accuracy, and a methodical approach. You will receive introduction and support from experienced colleagues and become a valuable resource in the team's daily service to the organization.

Examples of Tasks

• Handling and organizing HR documentation
• Administrative support in contract management
• Sending out and communicating within standardized HR flows
• Supporting the HR team in recurring administrative processes

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying HR, human resources, or a related field
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and enjoys administrative tasks
• Can work independently but appreciates collaboration and a positive team climate
• Has an interest in HR administration and wants to gain practical experience in the field
