We are now looking for a driven Partner Manager in Stockholm with a focus on our parcel organization.
You, Us, and the Job
As a Partner Manager, you will belong to our business area Parcel and the part responsible for our agents and parcel boxes. As a Partner Manager, you will work on acquiring new partners to develop our portfolio, as well as developing existing partners to secure our position in the market. Our mission is to develop world-class partnerships to create the best customer experience and make everyday life easier for our recipients. You will work in a driven team spread across Sweden, and travel is required. The location is Stockholm.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of continuing to build and develop our fantastic network of agents and boxes, ensuring that we have the right partners across the country.
What You Will Do
- Secure PostNord's attractiveness and offerings in the market through relationship building with our contractual partners
- Strategically identify and acquire new partners
- Manage and sign agreements with new and existing partners
- Independently plan, develop, and follow up on our portfolio of partners
- Coordinate activities, e.g., implementation of new partners
- Maintain close contact with colleagues to understand needs and develop collaboration related to our partners
- Be responsible for developing and following up on existing partners

What You Bring
- Higher education in sales, leadership, economics, management, or equivalent is advantageous
- At least three years of experience in a business-oriented and customer-facing role where you have built long-term relationships, preferably in sales, project management, or e-commerce
- Great advantage if you have knowledge and experience in e-commerce and “last mile” solutions
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel
- Valid driver's license (B)
